No Returns or Exchanges
At Mooi Cosmetics by HK, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product you received is defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving the product at support@mooicosmectics.com orsupport@mooicosmectics.com or +91 9717381305
- Provide the order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defective or damaged product.
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging and has not been used.
Our team will verify and inspect the issue. If your claim is approved, we will offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund ( replacement will be completed within 5-6 working days )
Refunds
- Once the claim is verified and approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 15 working days.
- The credited amount may take up to a month to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancellations
For cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
